naan kaya

OH MY GOSH THERE'S NAAN KAYA.
*food porn slap*

Kaya on naan! Sheer, sheer genius. *wipes away tears*

Why have I not chanced upon this epic collaboration before?

Why have I not THOUGHT about this epic collaboration before? *face palm*

I must start dreaming up heavenly food concoctions and believe them possible in the commercial world.

Heck, I could commercialize them myself!

Naan is most definitely the best bread on the face of the earth. (Premature conclusion? Don't care.)
Other than the fact it reminds me of home, it is... soft. White (eh, someone make wholewheat naan, thanks). Fluffy (don't get me started). FRESH (Naan is NEVER NOT fresh). Burnt charcoal-ly bits at the bottom. Hot. Crisp. Chewyyy. Mmmm.

Naan is actually... pizza dough? Without the grease. No (visible) oil involved.

I hate grease. I hate pizza.

And I say with joy, that there's a pretty awesome indian place in Charlottesville. It's all-you-can-eat though. Naan breads shall accompany my cold miserable winter days in Virginia. :)
