I once heard of a passing thought, of a girl who was too afraid of liking something just because it was considered mainstream. The configuration of personalities based on idealized concepts, versus childish, carefree preferences. A purposeful resolution to the contrary; I am neutral for at least the passionate: they think.
Maybe that is why I sometimes am afraid of liking Glee.
